Meet Nick and Jayme McWhorter
Nicholas “Nick” McWhorter and Jayme Cook-McWhorter started McWhorter Appraisal in 2017. We enjoy working with our clients and hope you enjoy working with us. We respect you, your time and your property. You’ll get a thorough, honest and accurate appraisal when you need it.
Nick is a Bowling Green, Kentucky, native and graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He’s been a certified residential appraiser since 2005. Nick also holds an Appraisal Institute SRA designation that requires more extensive education and experience and is held by fewer than 1% of all appraisers.
Jayme began her appraisal career in 2020 after working in the corporate world for 15 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University in marketing. Jayme is a licensed associate appraiser and is working to earn her certified real estate appraiser designation.
Nick and Jayme married in 2007 and have a daughter, Meredith Jaymes. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hosting events at their home and making wonderful life-long memories with family and friends.
Nick also likes scuba diving, golf, and other outdoor activities. Jayme loves interior design and serving as a parent volunteer at her daughter’s school. Both Nick and Jayme are active members of Living Hope Baptist Church.
